Caregiver Resources & Support
Memory Matters offers a broad range of counseling services for caregivers of loved ones with cognitive impairment. One method is confidential peer support groups that offer resources, information, tips and tools. They are a safe, confidential venue to share concerns with Memory Matters’ certified memory care specialists.
Group participation is free for caregivers, and participants are asked to reserve a space. All meetings are held at Memory Matters’ headquarters at 117 Wm. Hilton Parkway in Hilton Head. Contact us online now to inquire about signing up, or call us at (843) 842-6688.
